Hi guys

I see to many people every day that cannot do reconciliations. Too much time is spent in doing reconciliations and not enough time on analyzing and doing proper work.

Companies lose thousands in time wasting and writing of money because nobody can do reconciliations.

Before spending hours on doing reconciliations, make sure the following ticks are ticked.
- Is your work accurate?
- Did you capture all the information?
- What do you want to achieve?
- Do all the formulas work?
- Do you understand what you want to do?

These are just basic things to consider. If only one is a problem, forget to even start. You will not succeed.

Over the next few months I will give you some interesting tips on how to improve your efficiency when doing reconciliations, but first get these ticks right, then we move.
