Freeze pains

You can find freeze pains under the view toolbar. See below.

You can freeze your titles, so that when you move down you will keep seeing them. Stand on the row just beneath the titles, and select freeze pains under the view menu.

In the above, you can scroll down as far as you want to and the titles will still stay on top. See below where we are in the rows.

If you stand on one cell and select freeze pains, everything on the left and on top will freeze.

To freeze the row and the column, simply stand on one cell and go to freeze pains agains. This will freeze everyhing on the left and everything on top.
