Macros through Visual Basic allow people to input data into these forms. Automation of the information makes it easier for you to analyze numeric values and data as well as manage and analyze the outputs at the same time. Simply put, Visual Basic does not just make your work easier, but it also simplifies and improves the consistency of the values and data being entered to your spreadsheet. You can control the people who can change the values, and even add limitations on people who are not allowed to edit a part of the sheet. This ensures protection of your data and at the same time result to less hassle on your end as well.

Fortunately, learning macros is not for Microsoft specialists and experts, but it is also for users at beginner level. You can easily record the things that your mouse and keyboard do through macros and many other features – and these, are just some of the things and reasons why you have to learn macros in Excel.
